Always a little awkward.
Never quite plays out like you imagine…
& I’m sure I look ridiculous.
But that final release…
I can finally breathe.
Do you neti?

I don’t neti – the whole concept freaks me out a little, although I’ve heard good things about it. I could actually use it right now, I’m getting congested – stress is beating down on my immune system lately 😦
Glad you can breathe!
I was scared last night — afraid I would drown myself — but Dave reminded me I could just stop at any time, & I’d probably live. 😉 It was kind of weird, but it worked!
No and it scares me to death! I’ve heard it’s helpful but I am totally afraid I’ll drown. Was this your first time? Did it really help???
I was scared of that too!
This was my first time, & it definitely helped…though I need to get better at doing it because I could taste the salt! 😛
hahaha yes! I’m a neti fanatic…have you seen my neti youtube vid?? I’m a bit crazy..
I tried to find your video to link! I was going to include a bit about some people even liking to video it. 😉 Alas I could not locate your video. 😦 Link it — anyone willing to video this — I want to see that!
Hi! I saw a comment you left on faith’s blog mentioning local eggs. I live in slc and would love to know where you recommend getting them. I’m so glad I found your blog, very neat!
Hi Christie! I’m glad you decided to swing on by. 🙂 I lucked out & got eggs from my spinning instructor at Lion’s Rec Center in Holiday. There are SO many people with chickens in SLC though. Just start asking around. I know you can pick up local eggs at a few locations like Rico’s [near Trolley Square]. Farmer’s Markets are usually good too or CSAs. I will ask some of my friends & get back to you if I get any good leads!
How long have you been in SLC? We just moved away in October.
My friend Beth should be emailing you [to the address linked here] soon to help with your eggs needs. 🙂
Hope you don’t mind.
